Jer'S Hostal - Tumbes

Spending Christmas here was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the bus station and nearby restaurants. The hotel also had a delicious breakfast included in our stay. Our room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well which was lovely for escaping the summer heat.

Unfortunately the room was quite noisy at night, we could hear other guests coming and going throughout the night. , the shower was not the best as the water would alternate between hot and cold.

Located conveniently close to bus station and staff was nice and helpful. the room was quite comfortable with a few advantages such as water in the shower and horizontal bed.

There was no soundproofing, making it very loud in the mornings and difficult to sleep in.

We spent our New Year at a hotel in Tumbes and were positively surprised! the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the location was perfect, not too far from the town center and close to many restaurants. Our room was clean and cozy, and we loved the fact that it had both air conditioning and a fan to keep us cool during the hot summer nights. the shower had good water pressure and temperature control, which made it really enjoyable.

There were some issues that we did not enjoy. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from the other rooms.
